Good Morning,
I wanted to take a moment today to share my recent buying experience with you. I found the 2005 Mercedes C230 Kompressor that I have been looking for on your site through Autotrader. I was a little apprehensive in calling as I am approximately 3 hours 15 minutes away from your dealership. I decided to call anyway. I spoke to Phil who was extremely nice and gave me a good feeling over the phone. He made me feel good enough that I jumped in my BMW and drove 3 hours and 15 minutes to your dealership with a check in hand with hopes of buying the 2005 Benz.
When I arrived I walked in and immediately was greeted by my first name which I did not even introduce myself yet. That was pretty darn impressive. I thought the show room was impressive, updated, modern and cozy.
I had 3 different people working with me to get me in and out as fast as I wanted knowing that I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. The men I worked with were GREAT!! I could relate to all of them on some level. The car was clean and ready for me and everything fell into place nicely.
They all did their part and had me in and out in no time (which was what I wanted. They were trying to accommodate me.)
All in all it was a great experience!! I will be back!!
Keep up the GREAT customer service because in the end that is what will drive your business, referrals and sales as well as keep people like me coming back over and over again!!

WHAT A RELIEF.............. I'M AN ONLINE BUYER FROM WASHINGTON STATE THAT'S 1000% SATISFIED
after searching for the car i wanted for about 2 months(a 07lincoln MKZ with higher than average miles so the price would be right) i found KDK auto brokers and WOW was the price right!!!!!!!!! 2 good to be true?? Nope this car is awesome( i would personally recommend one to anyone)but back 2 KDK they wanted 11900 for this beaut WAY WAY WAY lower than anywhere on the side of the country in fact the lowest buy it now price on eBay i found in my every day search was 15000-20000$$ with same mileage (90000) like i said i live in Spokane, Washington so seeing the car in person was a six hundred dollar round trip so if i did that the price starts adding up to where your not getting the big savings, but anyway i talked to them (Phil first sometimes mike) either way they answered every and all questions i had to what i feel was the best of their ability NO COMPLAINTS. but i cant say i felt like family...... lol but I'm not family so i guess i shouldn't......... what I'm saying is these guys were honest professionals that treated me as they should of. They weren't jerks that were to busy (like some I'm sure you have ran into) and they weren't fruity weirdos that made me feel like family over the phone haha Ive now had the car for roughly 2 months problem free....Nope wait a middle marker light and about 5 four inch very light scratches that i didn't even see until 3 days after having the car (down be the back wheel) wouldn't even bother fixing them (that minor)... in my opinion they were all around honest professional sales associates who sold me a fully loaded MKZ FOF about 55% of blue book!!!!!!!! scary not seeing the car first before buying??...... Very scary but mine is more than i expected and i thank you again mike/Phil

First, I did a lot of research on the car I wanted and 96-00 Honda Civic was what I was looking for.,,,great reliability.
Found a 99 Honda Civic online for my Son's first car. Gave Phil a call and he had Mike do a walk thru of the car over the phone. Mike was honest in the Car's description. Phil and Mike were very helpful.
The car was in very good condition and was ready when I arrived after driving 100 miles. Overall an excellent experience.
I have owned the car for a month and it's been a great car.

Happy As Can Be!
The guys at this place were very helpful and worked with me on the price so I could get the car I really wanted. I have had the car now for 3 months and it is still running strong. They helped me with a few small issues and went out of their way to make me happy. I got a used cal and it was almost like new on the inside and out.

we saw a Honda civic online, we went to see it about 45 minutes away when we got there we saw the car it looked great in person too, we got to look the entire car over without the sales people being pushy at all (I HATE THAT!) when we needed the key we a man came up to us and was very friendly and already had to key ready for us he was waiting for us!!! We took it for a test drive it ran GREAT, then we get back to the parking lot and the motor starts to idle real low almost to the point it was going to stall, we were just gonna walk away from it but the Mechanic came out and assured us he could fix it in 2 days, one day later we got a call to come check it out, we did, we drove it again....it ran great, We bought it I've had it for 2 months now, and NO NO NO NO problems what so ever. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD CARS GOOD PEOPLE....the only con i have is they smoke in front customers not a lot but it was enough to think OK this is weird....but other than that i would recommend them to anyone!

A really great car buying experience.
I bought a car from KDK in October. When I got there, the SUV I saw on the internet did not look as good in person. I soon realized that many of their cars come from auctions and not all are going to be perfect or lookers. However, they allowed me to browse around and I found something really nice and reliable. They had a large selection of all kinds of cars from BMW's to Kia's. The guys took really good care of me and I felt good after the experience. I did not have all of the down payment initially, but they did hold the car while I obtained all of the funds. The salesperson, Mike, made me aware that he could hold the car only for 3 days and then I would have to put more money down to hold it for additional time. They have good service and I would buy from them again. I didn't feel like I had been slimed, like I did when I shopped at Ganley.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!
I purchased a used car from KDK and, being a woman buying a used car and having heard lots of horror stories about used car dealers, I was nervous and skeptical, but decided it was the best way to go. 24 hours after I drove off the lot, the car died and I was devastated. I contacted KDK and they arranged for the vehicle to be towed back to them at no charge and told me they would evaluate it for me.
Turns out it was a defective alternator. Not only did they agree to replace it, they provided me with a vehicle to use until my car was repaired. They handled the whole situation beautifully and left me feeling like I'd gotten the better end of the deal. They were under no obligation to fix the car since I'd purchased it "AS IS", and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and taken care of and driving a safe vehicle.
The guys are FANTASTIC over there. Honest, reassuring and just 100% GREAT GUYS. With wholesale dealers, you typically walk out the door and they don't care after that. These guys DO care. They have taken care of me each step of the way and they've provided more than just a vehicle, they've provided assurance in an unsure world. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!

We recently bought a Pontiac Aztec here and it immediately overheated.Even though I signed a as is paper they still took the vehicle back and continued to do repairs until they had it just right.Not many car lots will show that dedication to not put out a bad car and hurt their reputation like the way they did.Since then I also bought a 97 escort from them that has been an awesome car.
Pros: They do what needs to be done to make happy customers.

Great Place To Do Business With-Felt like I was family when it was all done!
I was on the unfortunate end of an accident and wanted to replace my 99 Honda Accord coupe. After finding one at a great price at KDK Auto Brokers and calling Phil he told me that the car had been sold 2 days earlier. After talking further with him, he explained that he had multiple buyers always looking for cars and that he could find me a comparable replacement. Over the next three days he called me at least 4 different times on different Accords. He was able to find the exact car I had, in the color I wanted (silver with black leather) for a truly terrific price. I came to the dealership and found the car to be exactly as he had said. It was spotless both inside and out and actually cost less than what I told him I was working with. Their staff was courteous and helpful and made me feel like I was at home. I left with a great taste in my mouth and I have since told friends and family about my treatment at KDK. Would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a car-truly a breath of fresh air in the used car business! Hope to see them again in a few years for my next car!!!

I drive past those little mom-and-pop auto broker places all the time, thinking, "I wonder who would buy a car from one of those lots?"
Turns out: ME.
Had been shopping around for a certain replacement winter vehicle for a few months, when I found one just around the corner at KDK. Stopped in for five minutes, saw the car in their shop having the AC worked on, and thought I'd stop back. John, one of the owners, suggested a time that it would be ready to test-drive.
It was ready, so I mentioned I wanted my wrench to take a look at it. "Oh, yeah. I know him. Want me to drive it over there for you?" The honesty was bracing. A guy at one of "those" lots, and he not only wants MY mechanic to look it over, he's gonna deliver it? I was still uncertain, until my guy calls me back. Needs a few things. Uh-oh.
John: "Sure, we'll fix all that. Wanna pick it up tomorrow?" Well, uh. YEAH, I do. I'll drop a check off. "Oh, we work on a handshake. You tell me you want it, it's yours. See you tomorrow afternoon." I held the phone in my hand, staring at it. Could the transaction be this seamless?
Wife, daughter and I head over. They love the front waiting area with all the chairs, tables and potted palms, where the daughter and I get only about twenty moves into a chess game before the car paperwork is complete and we're on the road. (She was ahead in captured pieces, but I controlled the center of the board. It was only a matter of time.)
Final tally: Forty-five minutes, spread over two visits and three phone calls. They paid for all the repairs, I paid their asking price, which was WAY lower than any other comp within 200 miles, and we now have Yogi, the Great White Wonder in the garage. (I may sneak back and grab that Mercedes coupe...)

I was in the market for a new car and I came across a '08 Lincoln MKZ, 39,000 miles, fully loaded with AWD. I contacted RJ, sent pictures of my trade in and explained that I still owed on my car. I was given more than what my car was worth, as it was in rough condition. I then set up an appointment to give the Lincoln a drive and all for the following Saturday. I made the 6 hour drive from Maryland to Brunswick, OH and arrived at a clean, friendly establishment. I drove the vehicle, liked it and gave RJ all the docs needed to complete the deal. We recently left a deposit with RJ on a car from out of the area. After an unexpected situation arose and we weren't able to make it in within 3 days- which is their policy- he had no problem giving us more time and holding the car on our word. I recently drove over 7 hours from PA to OH to view/purchase a vehicle from this dealer and I couldn't be happier I made the trip! I was looking for a specific car and wasn't happy with the selection I found in my area and the car at this dealership had everything I was looking for only problem was it was 400+ miles away. After long deliberation and wanting to be 100% satisfied with the large purchase I was making, I decided to make the trip. After first arriving on the lot, I quickly noticed that unlike other dealerships, no one pounced on me as I was checking out the car even though I was obviously interested. Even when I walked inside no one greeted me for about 10 mins. Personally I hate pressure sales, but at this point I was really starting to question where was the customer service (& my decision). There was a lot of hustle and bustle inside, it was a Saturday and everyone who worked there seemed to be occupied with other customers or other things. I was finally greeted by the owner who asked what car I was interested in and pretty much handed the keys right over with very little discussion (he copied my license first). The test drive went well, the car drove great, but there were a few minor repairs needed. When we went back to discuss further, we sat down with the sales rep and that's when the experience and attentive customer service began. It was explained that the dealership is family owned & operated and prides itself on having a no pressure environment, but when you're ready to purchase they're ready and willing to assist. We expressed our concerns, the repairs needed and EVERYTHING was addressed right away. The sales rep was attentive, transparent, knowledgeable, concerned, flexible, honest and one by one I met the rest of the staff too. They have a head mechanic on site who was great. He brought the car in right away after I expressed interest, to service the car and repair the issues on the spot. There was one small thing they couldn't fix, but offered to order the missing part and ship to my house the next week (all especially impressive in my opinion since they're selling used as-is vehicles). Most importantly after doing a lot of research(& the condition) on this car...the price was a steal! I haggled a little bit but the original sticker price was more than fair. Overall I drove home very satisfied and if in the market for a car again I will check out this dealer's inventory again despite the drive. My son and I were looking for a used small GM truck. Found a nice one at KDK. The 1998 we drove was by far nicer than all the newer year model's we test drove. Negotiating and buying thru emails from out of town was a snap. When we picked up the vehicle everything was quick, easy, and the vehicle was exactly as we expected. We had one issue which was probably my fault. Last name on my title ws spelled incorrectly as you typically never really look at your last name just expecting it to be correct. When I couldn't get the licence plates thru the BMV the personnel at KDK turned the paperwork around quickly. In two work days I had the corrected title in hand. I would rate the in person experience at KDK as absolutely wonderful. The day I went to the lot looking for a specific car I had seen on cars.com it was raining. One of the gentlemen from KDK offered to hold my umbrella while I looked at the car, service like that is something you remember, as quality customer service seems to be a thing of the past. They were very cordial and I was pleased with the car I purchased from them. If I had to say there was one area that needed improvement it would be their phone skills. When I initially called to inquire about the car, the person who answered the phone said "hello", and nothing more. I thought it would be more appropriate to say the business name when answering the phone as it seemed a bit unprofessional. Saw a Toyota Tacoma online and being a Saturday, I drove there to look at the vehicle. I was looking at the vehicle, taking my time and really thorough before being approached and told that if I needed any help or had any questions to just ask. I decided to test drive the Tacoma and when I asked to do so, it was no more than 5 minutes before they had a copy of my drivers' license and the Tacoma was parked at the side door, running and waiting on me! I took it for a nice drive and took my time, testing every option on the Tacoma. I returned to the dealership and although we could'nt make a deal at this time, I WILL be going back as soon as I sell my current vehicle and/or our income tax return arrives and I WILL be purchasing if the vehicle I am interested in is still available. I was VERY happy with the "No Pressure" sales approach at KDK and they are all laid back and give a person elbow room and time to look over thier inventory thoroughly and are more than happy to answer any and all questions. They all seem to be very honest, unlike so many other dealerships I have been to recently where the salespeople are more like Buzzard's looking for a quick meal of your wallet!! MY husband and I have benn lookingfor an SUV for little while and i am the main Picky one , i saw a trailblazer on thier website and i went up to look at it before i wasted my husbands time if i like it or not , i was helped by a very nice salesman John and hetold me lil about the car and the service guy even came out and said itwas a great truck , i was Very happy with how it started and looked and it had everything i was looking for . later on i came back and brought my husband and it was close to closing and i showed him the car and heasked a few questions and the John was honest with him we took it for a test Drive and Fell in love with it . the finacing part the salesman owner and fianance guys all worked with us and made it a wonderful experince and WOuld recommend this place to any one and plan on coming back to buy our next car there too . Found a used 2003 Ram 2500 2WD Hemi Quad thru the internet at this dealership. It wasn't quite what I was looking for but condition shown in the pictures looked nice for the year. I never buy sight unseen so we drove 65 mi to check it out since we read such nice reviews. Upon arrival the truck was priced $1000 more than the website posting. As we checked out the vehicle- it was unlocked- we noticed some slight damage to the bed that had been repaired only meagerly but didn't show up in the pictures. That's why check it out in person! It wasn't a perfect vehicle but was 10 years old with low miles and we were going to use it on our mini farm anyways not to impress anyone else- it was really pretty nice overall. No salesman came to bother us as we crawled around and underneath. Went inside and located the salesman we emailed got the keys and we took it on a long test drive. It was nice to drive it a while in order to know what you are buying. Usually other dealerships have a set two mile route and that's about it. And, if it doesn't have a warranty, they should let you drive it a little more than usual! They were quite busy and made the deal with the owner John who honored the internet pricing and actually we were able to negotiate a better out the door price since we had no trade and were paying for it upfront. And yes, very casual experience, no mind games as they want you to decide to buy the vehicle, not them. My wife and I were looking for a particular type of vehicle when we came across a 2004 GMC Envoy XUV that would fit our needs exactly. We found 4 of them in a 100 mile area and came across KDK Auto Brokers only 5 miles from where we live. The XUV was the lowest priced and lowest mileage of the 4. This happened to be a Sunday and their hours were Monday through Saturday. We had set up an appt. at a new and used dealership that day to look at another vehicle and thought we would stop in KDK's lot to look at the Envoy. To our surprise, they happened to be open. One of the lot guys stopped what he was doing and asked if he could help us. We told we were interested in the Envoy. He said he just had started it and took us inside to talk to someone. There were other people in the showroom and we ended up talking to David (service manager). After talking for a short time, we asked if we could take it for a test drive but it was low on fuel. David went and put gas in it. Long story short, came back and was approached by a gentleman,John Klima who happened to be the owner(working on a Sunday) and told him we liked the vehicle but had set up an appt. and would let him know on Monday. He said that was fine. Needless to say we have since purchased this vehicle. My wife and I have purchased around 50 cars in our lifetime and I don't have any reservations saying John, his staff from the young lady that answers the phone to David, John(sales), and RJ that this dealership is by far the best we have ever dealt with, bar none!!!! Their professionalism and service exceeds anything we've experienced. We are pleased in how we were treated and any issues that came up were resolved immediately. Their service is outstanding. My father and I went to go test drive a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr and ended up buying it not only because the great conditon and quality of the car but also because of the great quality of the service. We recently left a deposit with RJ on a car from out of the area. After an unexpected situation arose and we weren't able to make it in within 3 days- which is their policy- he had no problem giving us more time and holding the car on our word. When we arrived we were very pleased with the car save for some scratches on the body. John, the salesmen when out of his way to pull one of their detailers off of a car to help out. After about 40 minutes of buffing and polishing the car looked great. They went over and above to make us happy and make a 12 year old car look nearly new. Great Truck and Nice Place
I was in the market for a 7.3 diesel for almost two months. After repeatedly going to see the truck I was looking for and being disappointed, I came across one at KDK Auto. The pictures looked great online and the price was over 2 grand less than comparable trucks I'd seen. I learned the hard way that pictures can be deceiving. I asked them to give me additional close up pictures of the truck and the underside. This wasn't a problem and was done quickly. They also offered a phone walk around which I appreciated- told me about some scratches, ding, etc. The truck was from the south and showed as such. We worked out most of the details over the phone and email. When I came to pick up the F-250 everything was just as I was told. The staff was great- no nonsense and the truck was just as described. Super accommodating
I came back several times over a week looking at one particular car and was treated very well every time even though I hadn't committed to buying the car. When I finally brought a mechanic with me (my son) and asked if he could take the car and inspect it I was once again treated very well and was told "sure" . My son found on oil leak and upon returning to the lot and telling them about it they put it up on the rack and along with my son found the problem and said without hesitation that they would fix it for me. KDK dealer with quality and heart!
In from Va. Have been looking for a Lexus 330 in our price range. Wholesaler at home tried to sell us one that looked beautiful but when inspected needed repairs costing $5,000.00. They didn't even care. Came to OH to regular dealer. Who had a car within our price range but it had a weird shutter upon acceleration, acted like it was no big deal. We said pass. I am glad we did because today I found exactly what I wanted a year newer for the same price in excellent condition. Plus John and staff took excellent care of me. Not your typical car dealer experience. excellent. This is my second vehicle purchase from Kdk. They are no pressure, have a great selection, fill your first tank, offer different levels of warranty to fit your needs, and take care of there customers. Coffee and donuts were offered while I waited, but I was in and out in 1 hour. My car had trouble the fist day and they fixed a $350 throttle body for free. I'll be back!

Professional car buying experience. The atmosphere of KDK Auto Brokers was very relaxed. We did not feel pressure to make a purchase. Extremely Pleasant Experience. I consider myself to be internet savvy and was very measured when doing my online search for a used Camry. After narrowing my search down to 3 area dealers I went with KDK because of their pricing and Carfax reports. They had great pricing on all of their inventory and it seemed that most were 1 or 2 owner dealer trade-ins- which was what I was looking for. Best used dealer around here. While shopping for a used car on a limited budget for a picky 16 year old girl, this was the best car dealer we had visited (and we had visited a lot). We were recommended this dealer by our mechanic who had heard good reviews out of the place. After months of searching and looking at the same few dealers (one whom had treated us horribly), we thought it wouldn't hurt to look here while we were in the area. Right away, we were greeted by John C, who offered us beverages and took care of us right away. We told him what we were looking for and the price range we had, and he pulled up a list of cars for us. He had us look at two right away, both on the lower end of our budget. The first car we test drove was the one we were interested in, and knowing it had just came in and not yet been serviced, we were able to take it to our mechanic to have it looked at. Other than a few minor issues, it got a good report. Back at the dealer, we were assured these small issues would be taken care of along with any other service their technicians check while inspecting newly brought in vehicles. We also knew that another service would have to be done on the car in the near future, and we were offered this service at a much lower place than any regular mechanic would do it for. Very pleased with the car and the service, we wrote a check for the full amount of the car and will pick it up in a few days. Definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family! Even while busy with other customers, we were taken care of with respect and in a timely manner. Very happy with KDK!!

Long distance buyer. I had been looking on line for vehicles for about 21/2 months.I was interested in purchasing 2 vehicles.KDK had a Mazda that I feally liked.I viewed the rest of their inventory and liked what I saw.Many in my price range and a good selection.I decided to drive the 3hrs it took for me to get there figuring that I could probably find my 2nd in there selection.Upon arriving the lot was pretty busy.I looked around without being bothered and found the Mazda as well as a few others that I liked.As I sarted for the office a salesperson seemed to pop out of nowhere and asked if I could be helped.I believe this was JR.[Later I dealt with an RJ,or vica versa]Both were knowledgeable as well as nice! Anyhow, I was told they were all open and to get a better look if I wanted,which was great.I like to look them over without someone looking over my shoulder and usually feeding information that I could care less about while distracting me from getting a good look.After looking over 3-4 vehicles I once again headed towards the office and once again JR seemed to pop up out of nowhere,I told him which one I would like to drive first and he said give me a minute.Just a minute or 2 later he came up to me and pointed out the car where it had been pulled out front. It was the same process for the next 3 cars.All drove well and I had a difficult time choosing.I finally decide on the mazda and a Infinity suv.With-in about 10 to 15 minutes they had everything ready to go.Now I had left a deposit for both and had all paper work to take back with for my credit union.3hrs away I had to come back the next weekend to pick them up.To wrap -up this car buying experience,I found out the hard way my credit was not as good as I thought when I got back home.I had to call the foliowing Mon. and tell RJ my situation and he was as nice then as he was when I was going to buy 2 cars.Needless to say when I'm ready next time I will go back!!!Sorry once again guys! I would just like to add that good reviews on cars.com an e-bay as well as there selection were what made me take a chance and drive the 3hrs to get there.No where around here do we have the selection that they had! Nice autos are scarce in WV.
